I have found that unless you have commercial equipment like a front, rear, or side loader truck - 64 gallon totes and up are too large. We recently used 3 of these for a client that gets 3x pickups per week and when full of food waste (Which we all know is sooooo heavy) it is nearly impossible to unload single handedly.
Has anyone else had this problem and what types of solutions are you currently offering you commercial clients that generate a good amount of food waste?
We use 48 gallon toter bins, sometimes as many as 10 at one location if it's a larger entity like a regional hospital and it has worked fine for us thus far.
